Unio Specialty Care Urology in Los Alamitos, CA is Welcoming New Patients!
Welcome to Unio Specialty Care, formerly West Coast Urology. We are an independent group of board certified urologists and advanced practice providers under the Unio umbrella. We have been providing advanced and state-of-the-art urologic care to our communities for more than 30 years. Drs Lawrence Paletz and Ernest Agatstein founded this group in 1990. Through the years, the practice has grown organically to extend its services through multiple offices and hospitals in the metropolitan Los Angeles area and north Orange County. Aside from the practice of medicine, we are active in leadership roles in our communities and hospitals, teaching, research and publishing in peer reviewed journals. Our offices are located in Inglewood, Downey, Whittier, and Los Alamitos.
In 2013, we opened our doors in a small office in Los Alamitos and through the years we have continued our growth. In 2023 we proudly moved to our new, spacious, and technologically advanced office, situated within the campus of the Los Alamitos Medical Center. Step into our Los Alamitos office and experience a warm and inviting atmosphere. Plentiful seating space ensures your comfort, while the walls adorned with city views from around the world create a serene ambiance. The procedure room is equipped with a ceiling mounted TV, allowing the patients to relax for a more comfortable procedure. This office is designated as a Urolift Center of Excellence and is home to our Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic, the Research Center and the Infusion Center.
