Welcome to the West Coast division of Unio Specialty Care. We are an independent group of board certified urologists and advanced practice providers under the Unio umbrella. We have been providing advanced and state-of-the-art urologic care to our communities for more than 30 years. Drs Lawrence Paletz and Ernest Agatstein founded this group in 1990. Through the years, the practice has grown organically to extend its services through multiple offices and hospitals in the metropolitan Los Angeles area and north Orange County. Aside from the practice of medicine, we are active in leadership roles in our communities and hospitals, teaching, research and publishing in peer reviewed journals. Our offices are located in Inglewood, Downey, Whittier, and Los Alamitos.
Our Inglewood office was opened in 1995 and has expanded over the years. The office is equipped with the full range of urologic testing and treatments. We are located on the campus of Centinela Hospital Medical Center, just a few short blocks from LAX, SoFi Stadium and the entertainment complex. We are easily accessible from the 405 and 105 freeways. We offer a warm and welcoming environment with plenty of exam and procedure rooms, which keeps our waiting room quiet and comfortable.
