Dr. Torrey Czech obtained her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. She then completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. After moving to San Francisco, she completed her fellowship training in gastroenterology at California Pacific Medical Center.

Dr. Czech’s areas of interest include general gastroenterology, colon cancer screening and prevention, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and liver disease. She is skilled in procedures including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, push enteroscopy, small bowel capsule endoscopy, esophageal dilation, polypectomy, and endoscopic management of gastrointestinal bleeding. Dr. Czech has also been actively involved in clinical research throughout her training and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in gastroenterology, hepatology, and internal medicine.
