Dr. Wei-Fang Ko is a board-certified gastroenterologist with more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive digestive healthcare. Based in Castro Valley, California, he specializes in advanced endoscopic interventions and has expertise in colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy, and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions.

Dr. Ko earned his medical degree from Taipei Medical University, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Minnesota, and went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He is affiliated with Eden Medical Center, St. Rose Hospital, and Bay Area Endoscopy Center–Castro Valley.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Ko has contributed to the field of gastroenterology through publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, including The American Journal of Gastroenterology and Gastroenterology.
