Rachel Catevenis was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Neuroscience from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies at Towson University.
Rachel is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is affiliated with Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. She is committed to providing compassionate medical care, the highest quality of evidence-based medical care, and care delivered with sensitivity to cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic needs.
Rachel and her husband relocated to Santa Barbara in 2016. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, free diving, and traveling. Her clinical focus includes Gastroenterology, Capsule Endoscopy, Functional GI Disorders, Fatty Liver Disease, and Telehealth Consultations.
