What Is the U.S. News Best ASC Recognition?
U.S. News & World Report, in collaboration with Arcadia, a provider of advanced health data insights, evaluated 4,421 ambulatory surgery centers nationwide. Of those, 911, or just 21%, were designated Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers, a distinction reserved for those that meet rigorous standards for patient safety and clinical outcomes.
According to U.S. News & World Report, patients treated at a top-rated center experienced 26% fewer serious complications on average compared to all ASCs evaluated.
