Dr. Henry A. Fisher completed his undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization at New York University in 1992 and his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Southern California in 1996. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 1999 and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2002.

Dr. Fisher has served as the Chief of Gastroenterology at Saint Joseph Medical Center since 2007. His group strives to provide optimal care for patients’ digestive health problems in an environment in which they can be comfortable and feel confident in getting the best advice and the most effective treatments.

His clinical focus includes Gastroenterology, Colonoscopy, Colon Cancer Screening, Upper GI Endoscopy, ERCP, Capsule Endoscopy, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Radiation Therapy for GI Cancers, and Telehealth Consultations.
