Swati Jain, FNP-PC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Unio Health Partners who currently supports patients with digestive health concerns. She earned her BA from UC Riverside, followed by her BSN and MSN-FNP from West Coast University.
Swati has cared for patients across telemetry, medical-surgical, critical care, oncology, and gastroenterology settings, and brings that breadth of experience to every patient relationship.
